Buddhist College Singapore Grand Official Opening Ceremony
with Guest of Honour Prime Minister Lee Hsien Loong

Buddhist College of Singapore celebrated its 10th anniversary with the official opening of its new premise. Pure Talents bilingual emcee Lin Baofeng was specially selected and appointed to be the host of this grand occasion.
Venerable Kwang Sheng was present at the event along with important guests: Guest of Honour, Prime Minister Lee Hsien Loong, Senior Minister of State Mrs Josephine Teo, Minister of State Mr Sam Tan, and Minister of State Mr Chee Hong Tat; as well as Vice President of Buddhist Association of Chia, Most Venerable Sheng Hui, Deputy Director of the Center for Religious Research of China, Mdm Lei Li Hua, Rector of Maha Chulalongkorn Rajavidyalaya University, Most Venerable Professor Dr Phra Brahmapundit, and Vice Chancellor of University of Kelaniya, Professor Sunanda Madduma Bandara.
The founding principle of Buddhist College of Singapore is to groom bilingual Sangha members grounded in the right view and with the knowledge to contribute to continual development of Chinese Buddhism and its spread in the English-speaking world through education.
Emcee Lin Baofeng was honoured to have played a part in this important milestone event for Buddhist College of Singapore.
