Bilingual Emcee Danny Yeo had the privilege of being back for the second year to host Marina Bay Sands’ series of Lunar New Year Dinner Celebrations both for important business partners as well as supportive loyal clients.
At the pre-dinner reception, guests were treated to a Face-Changing performance, music accompaniment by the Crystal Girls on modern Chinese instruments, and photo opportunities with the God of Fortune, Fu Lu Shou and special portraits at the photo booths. Baby lions then led the guests into the ballroom for the dinner.
Other than the traditional Lo Hei when all guests responded enthusiastically to Danny’s lead in tossing the auspicious prosperity raw fish salad, the evening also saw entertaining items presented onstage: LED lion dance, aerialists hung in mid-air, sand art by Hoi Chiu from Hong Kong, fan dance by ten lovely ladies, qigong and stunt performances by the two-time Guinness Book of Records title-winning Master of Qi Wei Wei from China, art of large-scale calligraphy by Japanese artist Yuki Nishimoto and a closing performance by the Crystal Girls Band on musical instruments made of crystal.
