Park Bogum the 23-year-old Korean heartthrob was in Singapore for his “Oh, Happy Day” promotional tour and had an exclusive press conference with journalists upon arrival. Pure Talents veteran emcee Danny Yeo was specially selected to host Park Bogum’s events including the Fan Meeting concert.
Having enjoyed great success with his diverse range of roles in films and television dramas, Park Bogum is known to “save the world” with his smile. He has received numerous awards and nominations. In December 2016, he became the youngest artiste to be named Actor of the Year, by Gallup Korea.
His Asia Tour started in December 2016 and since then, he has travelled to 6 cities in total – Kuala Lumpur, Hong Kong, Jakarta, Taipei, Tokyo, Bangkok – and finally, in Singapore.
Danny Yeo hosted the press conference with charm and ease, helping to facilitate the question-and-answer session. In a surprise move, he also invited friends of the press to suggest local dishes for Park Bogum to try during his stay in Singapore, leaving a delightfully memorable impression with the Korean star.
