Pure Talents veteran bilingual emcee Danny Yeo was specially selected to host Korean girls group SECRET’s Fan Meeting in Singapore at Resorts World Sentosa’s Resorts World Theatre for an exclusive audience. The organisers were impressed by Danny’s rich experience in hosting Korean artistes’ entertainment events and his ability to make the fan meeting even more exciting and energetic!
SECRET is a four-member South Korean K-pop girl group formed by TS Entertainment in 2009. They released their first single in 2009 and their full-length studio album in 2011. The four girls took a break from their respective solo activities to get together for this special event. Singapore was their first stop on June 27 and Taipei subsequently hosted their second fan meeting session on June 28.
All members of SECRET have been busy with their own promotions. Hyo Seong ventured out as a soloist and just had her solo album release Fantasia; Song Jieun debuted in tvN’s television series Superman Generation; Han Sunhwa acted in MBC drama Rosy Lovers; Jung Hana has been busy as a composer and will be acting in a new web drama Jumping Girl soon. They spoke about these projects with Danny during an interview chat session onstage at the fan meeting. Lucky fans were also picked from the audience to play a fun game with the four girls.
The songs performed at this showcase were Poison, Madonna, Yoo Hoo, 샤이보이, Together, and Love is Move.
Danny was glad to have served the enthusiasm and responsive fans in attendance, with a few coming up onstage to chat a few words with him during the last Hi-Ten hands-clapping session with SECRET.
