The theme for World Water Day 2013 is Every Drop Counts. PUB encourages everyone to use water wisely through simple actions. On that day, 35,000 people at 11 locations island-wide were paddling, cycling, running and walking, for the sake of our precious water.
At Marina Barrage, the largest human water droplet was formed by more than 3000 community members. PUB collaborated with more than 150 partners from all walks of life. In attendance were Prime Minister Lee Hsien Loong, Mrs Lee and Dr Vivian Balakrishnan. Event was managed by Adventurer’s Singapore Pte Ltd.
